  • 1⁄2 c pineapple, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp almond or peanut butter
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 c spinach, packed
  • 1 c ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Using a blender - we suggest Blendtec.
