Ingredients
- 6 fl oz unsweetened almond milk
- 1⁄3 banana
- 1⁄2 c pineapple, fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp almond or peanut butter
- 2 dates, pitted
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 c spinach, packed
- 1 c ice cubes
Instructions
- Using a blender - we suggest Blendtec.
- Add ingredients in order listed and secure lid. Select "Smoothies" or high speed, blend and enjoy. -
