Raw Dessert Pizza
Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 cup raw pecans
- 5 pitted dates
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Grind in food processor and press into a circle on a pizza plate.
- FILLING
- 1 1/2 cups raw, soaked cashews
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1 tsp real vanilla
- 1/2 cup raw almond milk
- juice from one lemon
- Mix in Blendtec or other food processor and spread over crust.
- CHOCOLATE SWIRL
- 1 Tbs raw cacao powder
- 2 Tbs raw agave
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- CRUST: Grind the crust ingredients in a food processor and press into a circle on a pizza plate.
- FILLING: Mix the filling ingredients in Blendtec or other food processor
- Spread over crust.
- CHOCOLATE SWIRL
- Mix with whisk and dollop onto filling.
- Swirl in with a knife.
- Top with banana slices, berries or whatever other fruit that you have on hand.
- ENJOY!!
